Charge categories

Rather than a fixed price list, your quote is built from the parts of the operation you actually use. Nothing is estimated here until we have your details.

  • Storage

    Charged by the space your stock uses over time.

  • Goods in

    Receiving and checking inbound stock.

  • Pick & pack

    Preparing each order, including additional items and special packing.

  • Shipping

    Carrier postage for the service level you choose.

  • Returns

    Receiving, inspecting and processing returned orders.

  • Amazon FBA prep

    Labelling, bagging, bundling and carton preparation.

  • Value-added services

    Kitting, relabelling, inserts and special projects.

How an order cost is built up

A typical per-order fulfilment cost is the sum of:

  • Pick & Pack
  • + Additional Item Handling
  • + Packaging
  • + Royal Mail / Carrier Charge
  • + Optional Service Charge
  • + Applicable Surcharges
  • + VAT where applicable

What affects your price

  • Monthly order volume
  • Number of SKUs and storage volume
  • Product dimensions and weight
  • Pick & pack complexity and packaging
  • Returns volume and handling
  • Carrier service level and applicable surcharges
  • Any special handling

Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48

We support tracked UK delivery through Royal Mail, including Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Delivery times are Royal Mail aims, not guarantees. Shipping charges depend on parcel format, weight, service level and account pricing. The prices below are Royal Mail's public online reference prices only — Depoxpress fulfilment and contracted shipping rates may differ, and business surcharges are not included.
